My name is Mr Joseph Elagnon, notary and legal Attorney of late Mr V. Bürger, a national of your country, who works as a contractor in Lome Togo.
On April 21st 2007, my client, his wife and only daughter were victims of a fatal car accident on the road while returning from a sightseeing tour of "Castle Vial". All three have unfortunately made their soul in this accident. I have since taken steps to contact relatives or relatives of my client. But my efforts were unsuccessful.
After these multiple and unsuccessful attempts to trace the parents or close relatives of my client, I decided to search from its name. What motivated me to locate a family member, hence the need to contact you.
